Working with a 1930’s bungalow we are in the process of remodelling the whole site to include Yoga Studio overlooking the pond, enclosed swimming pool to encourage daily exercise and 2 bedroomed self contained flat for a future Live-in Carer. The 3000sq ft main house will have the internal layout reconfigured - wide corridors, 3 open plan, single-level zones: day area comprising kitchen/breakfast/dining; play area comprising pool room/cinema room opening out onto the terrace with outside kitchen/dining seating, leading to the swimming pool; evening area comprising of library and lounge opening out onto the main terrace with views out to the coast. 3 additional bedrooms will be added all with separate en-suites and the master with have a full dressing room adjoining it.
